Swan Wedding #10: The Groom’s Look
Quite frankly, I don’t know why Dirk is not just writing this post himself. You see, my gorgeous boy has great style. And of course it helps that he can make any suit look good! ;) But boy, does he like shopping! He knows exactly what he likes and dislikes, so there will be none of Anelle trying to persuade him into wearing a sand coloured linen suit or a funky tie. Oh no. None of that. Dirk has decided what he is wearing and we walked through four (FOUR!!!) malls, trying to find the perfect suit. Since the wedding is rather fun and informal he went for a cool, clean and uncomplicated suit, but with perfect fit. No added waistcoasts or formal trimmings. Think Peroni ad. Yummy!
We will be adding a bit of fun though. These days there are so much inspiration to be found for great boutonnieres, silly ties and other groom’s accessories.

And of course, fun socks make for GREAT pictures!

Oh, I can’t wait to see Dirk standing in front of the church, waiting for me wearing his most awesomest of all smiles with glistening eyes.
After all, that’s the most perfect of all groom’s accessories, isn’t it?
Next time: It’s cake time!

all the suits are too good, but i want the penguin.
I love men like that! Dustin is the same. He was basically the creative producer and fashion coordinator behind the wedding. In fact, all the guys looked well coordinated and great, but the gals were a bit mismatched (and not in a good way.) Still we had fun.
Anyway, thanks for celebrating fabulously fashionable grooms!
That was my idea as well but my husband didn’t want to participate. It’s gona be great.
